ROTATE RIGHT-ROTATE LEFT

Instruct athlete to stand with both feet together and spread both arms to the sides while keeping arms straight (forming a T shape with the body) with palms facing forward. Instruct the athlete to begin to slowly turn to the RIGHT from the waist up as far as possible while keeping feet together, toes facing forward. It helps to ask the athlete to try and turn and look as far back as possible while keeping the arms out and straight. (Athletes can be asked to look at a specific spot or item directly behind them so that they can turn and try to see it.) Instruct the athlete to slowly begin to rotate back to the starting position.
