Instruct athlete to stand with both feet together and to extend arms straight up so that hands are nearly touching above the head. Then instruct athlete to find the belly button and try to bend the belly button forward as far as possible while keeping arms extended over the head and the upper body is bending back. Instruct the athlete to bend back as far as possible without losing balance and without moving feet. Instruct athlete to try and slowly move back to the starting position where feet are still together and the arms are extended above the head. Repeat three times.
