Instruct athlete to go down on hands and knees at the cone. Instruct athlete to begin moving forward to the cone lined up across from where the athlete is starting the movement. Ask the athlete to move by raising a hand and knee of the ground in an opposites motion (right hand comes off the ground while left knee comes off the ground) to propel forward. Instruct the athlete to continue crawling to the cone. Instruct the athlete to return to the starting cone by repeating the crawling process.
