Provide the athletes with kickballs. Then instruct the athletes to stand (athletic position) five yards apart from each other or a parent. The athletes will then overhand toss the balls to each other using one hand. Have the athletes stand in a similar way to the throwing station (facing away from target) then have them load on the back foot, rotate body and turn to throw with one hand to the target (another athlete). The second athlete should catch the ball. Set up cones in a square for athletes to stay within during exercise.
